The best installation height should be more than 20cm, and the installation distance should not be less than 2 meters. During installation, the infrared protection device should be placed vertically and on the same horizontal line. LED1 and LED4 are power indicator lights, LED2 is alarm indicator light, and LED3 is signal strength indicator light (LED3 is normally on, it means debugging is completed).
Also when you install the photocell, you should note that due to the large transmitting power of this product, there will be no response when the transmitter and receiver are too close. At this time, they should be pulled apart at least 1 meter and tried to install again. When the installation distance is very close, if insensitivity occurs, the condenser lens in the transmitting and receiving can be removed to increase the sensitivity.
YET610C is battery type photocell（but please note that at the same time,it is wired type sensor，you can connect the wire for it if needed）. So you just need to connect wire for receiver side，no need to do that for the other side，because we provide 2pcs battery for transmitter side，what you need to do is just installing battery.It is very convenient and save your time.
The waterproof rating of both YET610 and YET610C is IP5,so frankly speaking this photocell is not waterproof. While our R&D team develop a protective cap which is rainproof and sunshaded for transmitter side.It can be waterproof to a certain extent.So if you have high requirement of waterproof feature, please dont miss this photocell.
